We will analyze your request, check availability and come back to you in 72 hours.
Please note we receive a lot of event requests. In order to speed up the process please make sure to include all relevant information.
We receive a lot of event requests and we work on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Your event is only confirmed when you receive an email from us.
From Monday to Wednesday, the rooftop is not open to the public, which means, we have more flexibility to accommodate your event and you can have the space exclusively.
From Thursdays to Sundays, the rooftop is open to the general public, which means the usage of the space is more limited and you cannot privatize the space.
The rooftop can host up to 1,500 people at the same time.
Cleaning services are available at a cost. Please reach out to us with more details of your event so we can send you a quote.
Yes, you can but there will be a cleaning cost associated. Please contact for more information.

Yes, you can. But note you will need to place it all in its right location by the end of the event.
Any damage to the furniture or structures will have to be indemnified.
Yes, you can use a catering operator of your choice. But note they will not be able to use any equipment in the rooftop, including the bar or the foodtrucks.
Mirari is available to be hired for catering services, you can reach out at events@mirari.pt.
Yes, you can but you need to hire Mirari for that. You can reach out to them at events@mirari.pt
If you wish to hire music or AV equipment with an external provider, it is possible to do so, but you will not be able to use any existing equipment on the rooftop.
Yes, it is possible to use it. Please reach out to Mirari at events@mirari.pt to ask for availability and quote.
You can host your event during the day and night. Note that if you plan to have music, you need a specific license for that.
The licenses will be your responsibility. IDB Lisbon will not be responsible for coordinating those.
We will be able to guide through this doubts, when provided with the details of the event.
Please note that, if licenses are required, you will need to manage those.
